Remove the Word Verification in Comments Page

To all the MV bloggers out there who has word verification enabled in comments:
It's a burdain for commentors and some people like me even will just ignore to comment when they see the word verification.
It makes us feel like robots! Eeeek...
It's even true that some new (and old) bloggers have set it up accidentally and are not aware of it.

So, hurry up guys. Remove those annoying word verifications from your comments page.

Yes! Yes! I know it is there to avoid spam. But here in blogger we do not have much spam (unlike wordpress). Moreover, you could just moderate your comments if you are really serious about it.

you're a lazy bugger. don't complain if you can't put in the effort to make a decent comment.

Thank goodness Wordpress has Akismet. means no need of word verification. Akismet blocks all the spam automatically. Try wordpress.

I agree and disagree with you. Comment spamming is a major issue that needs to be tackled seriously. I know we do not get enough targeted traffic to understand the full scale of spam comments. I have plenty of experience dealing with spam commenting and I sometime feel it is necessary.

Ameer, I know it is difficult for some people for obvious reasons but, the reality is it is the only way to avoid frustrations. :)
